I really enjoyed my stay there, when looking for a hotel it checked all the boxes and even has breakfast included. Hotel is new, well equipped with comfy beds and clean rooms. Staff is really nice and reactive, they even granted my request for a room high up and far from the elevator.

Wonderful location , welcoming Staff . We have requested early check in if possible and they did their best to provide it . Very clean and in good neighborhood . They had complimentary breakfast

Check-in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city which I had requested. The location was perfect as it is in walking distance to all the areas I was interested in; Lincoln Center, Broadway, Central Park, and the excellent restaurants on 9th avenue.

The location is very good: close to Central Park and less than 10mn by foot from a convenient subway station. The breakfast buffet is good also: fresh fruits are available and you can load your batteries for a long day discovery through the town. Rooms are just enough in size but they are clean.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. 10 minute walk to nearest large central subway station. Breakfast was basic, but for us plenty enough choices. A bit early though. On weekdays from 06:30 to 9. One would like to wake up a bit later on once holiday, but that is a personal opinion

The staff were very happy and friendly, always welcoming. Housekeeping was every other day without the need to request - not stripped back to request only like a lot of Hotels these days. The price and location were good for New York.

Very convenient location, within walking distance of Central Park, Times Square and Broadway. The rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is included which is handy but it’s only prepackaged hot food, small pastries, porridge, tea and coffee which is all served on disposable plates. We didn’t use the fitness room but it looks well-equipped. Overall good value for NYC.
